The failure of the Developer to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of Swift Go Browser and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the App.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without the Developer's prior written consent. The Developer may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and its rights and obligations without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
The Developer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet failures, telecommunications failures, power outages, or any other force majeure events.
