1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading Swift Go Browser from the Google Play Store, installing it on your mobile device, creating tabs, browsing websites, or using any feature or functionality of the App, you automatically and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective immediately upon your first use of the App and continues in full force and effect for as long as you continue to use Swift Go Browser.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including but not limited to casual browsers, frequent users, and any person who accesses the App in any capacity. Your use of Swift Go Browser is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Swift Go Browser on behalf of an organization, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and your acceptance constitutes the entity's acceptance. In such cases, "you" and "your" refer to both you as an individual and the entity you represent.

2. Description of Service

Swift Go Browser is a general-purpose mobile web browser application designed and developed to provide users with access to websites and web content available on the internet. The App functions as a tool that enables you to view, navigate, and interact with third-party websites through a user-friendly interface optimized for mobile devices.

Core Functionality: The App provides the following core features and functionalities:

• Web Browsing: Access and view websites using HTTP and HTTPS protocols with full JavaScript support, CSS rendering, and multimedia playback capabilities.
• Multiple Tabs: Open and manage multiple browser tabs simultaneously, allowing you to switch between different websites efficiently.
• Smart Address Bar: Enter website URLs or search queries in a unified address bar that automatically detects your intent and directs you accordingly.
• Bookmarks & History: Save favorite websites as bookmarks and access your browsing history for easy navigation to previously visited pages.
• Download Manager: Download files from websites directly to your device's storage with progress tracking and download history.
• Incognito Mode: Browse websites privately without saving history, cookies, or cache data locally on your device.
• Security Indicators: Visual indicators showing whether websites use secure HTTPS connections or unsecure HTTP connections.

Important Clarification - Third-Party Content: Swift Go Browser acts solely as a conduit or intermediary tool that displays web content hosted on third-party servers. The Developer does not create, host, control, modify, curate, or exercise editorial control over any websites or web content accessed through the App. All content displayed on websites you visit (including text, images, videos, advertisements, interactive elements, and any other materials) is the sole responsibility of the respective website owners, publishers, and content creators.

Swift Go Browser does not endorse, recommend, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, appropriateness, or quality of any third-party website, service, product, or information accessed through the App. The presence of any website in your browsing history or bookmarks does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the Developer.

3. User Eligibility and Age Requirements

Swift Go Browser is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

For Users Under 18: If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use Swift Go Browser with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for the online activities of minors under their care.

Parental Responsibility: The App is a general-purpose web browser that provides unrestricted access to the open internet. It is NOT designed specifically for children and does not include built-in content filtering, parental controls, or age-appropriate content restrictions. Parents and guardians are strongly advised to:

• Monitor and supervise minors' internet usage and device activities.
• Use device-level parental control features available in Android settings.
• Install third-party parental control software to filter inappropriate content.
• Educate children about online safety, privacy protection, and responsible internet use.
• Consider using browsers specifically designed for children if age-appropriate content filtering is required.

Age Verification: The App does not implement age verification mechanisms. We rely on users to honestly represent their age and on parents/guardians to monitor minors' device usage. If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided personal information through the App, we will take steps to delete such information in compliance with applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities and Obligations

As a user of Swift Go Browser, you are solely and entirely responsible for your conduct while using the App and for all consequences resulting from your use. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

4.1 Lawful Use: You agree to use Swift Go Browser only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and your activities on websites accessed through the App comply with all laws applicable to you based on your location and jurisdiction.

4.2 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:

• All websites you choose to visit and access through the App.
• All content you view, read, watch, listen to, or otherwise consume online.
• All search queries you enter and information you seek.
• All files, documents, media, or software you download from websites.
• All forms you fill out and information you submit to websites.
• All transactions, purchases, or financial activities you conduct on websites.
• All communications, messages, or interactions you have through web-based services.
• All accounts you create and credentials you use on third-party websites.

4.3 Security Precautions: You are responsible for taking appropriate security measures to protect your device and data, including:

• Using strong passwords and secure lock screen protection on your device.
• Keeping your device's operating system and security patches up to date.
• Installing and maintaining antivirus or anti-malware software.
• Being cautious about which websites you visit and what files you download.
• Avoiding entering sensitive personal or financial information on unsecure (HTTP) websites.
• Using secure Wi-Fi networks and avoiding public Wi-Fi for sensitive transactions.
• Regularly clearing browser data if using a shared or public device.

4.4 Accurate Information: If you provide any information to the Developer (such as in support requests or feedback), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

4.5 Respect for Third-Party Rights: You agree to respect the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and other legal rights of third parties when using the App.

5. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

You expressly agree that you will NOT use Swift Go Browser to engage in, attempt to engage in, or facilitate any of the following prohibited activities:

5.1 Illegal Content and Activities:

• Accessing, viewing, downloading, distributing, or sharing any illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content depicting minors in sexual or exploitative situations, or any other content prohibited by law.
• Engaging in or facilitating illegal activities such as fraud, identity theft, money laundering, terrorism, drug trafficking, or any criminal conduct.
• Accessing or distributing pirated software, copyrighted materials, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Participating in illegal gambling, unauthorized financial schemes, or pyramid/Ponzi schemes.

5.2 Harmful and Malicious Activities:

• Uploading, downloading, or distributing viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, servers, or data (hacking).
• Conducting or participating in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any activity that disrupts network services.
• Scanning, probing, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization.
• Bypassing, circumventing, or attempting to bypass any security measures, authentication systems, or access controls.

5.3 Abuse and Harassment:

• Engaging in cyberbullying, harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior toward any individual or group.
• Distributing content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Participating in doxing (publishing private personal information of others without consent).

5.4 Fraudulent Activities:

• Engaging in phishing, spoofing, or impersonating others to deceive or defraud.
• Creating, distributing, or using fake websites or fraudulent schemes.
• Manipulating or falsifying information for fraudulent purposes.

5.5 Prohibited Commercial Activities:

• Using the App for spamming, sending unsolicited bulk communications, or engaging in unauthorized advertising.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from websites in violation of their terms of service or robots.txt files.
• Engaging in cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities that may harm your device or violate website policies.

5.6 App Misuse:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from the App.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the App.
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights notices in the App.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App in ways not intended by the Developer.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the proper functioning of the App or its servers.

6. Third-Party Websites and Content

Swift Go Browser provides access to millions of third-party websites over which the Developer has absolutely no control, ownership, or responsibility. This section clarifies the relationship between the App, third-party websites, and users.

6.1 No Control Over Third-Party Content: The Developer does not create, edit, control, monitor, endorse, or take responsibility for any content, information, services, products, advertisements, or materials available on third-party websites. Each website is owned and operated by independent third parties who are solely responsible for their content and operations.

6.2 Content Disclaimer: Third-party websites may contain content that is:

• Inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or false.
• Offensive, inappropriate, disturbing, or objectionable.
• Protected by intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents).
• Subject to terms of service or usage restrictions.
• Potentially harmful, malicious, or containing malware.
• Illegal in certain jurisdictions.

The Developer makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, safety, legality, or appropriateness of any third-party content. You access and use third-party websites entirely at your own risk and discretion.

6.3 Third-Party Terms and Policies: Each website you visit may have its own terms of service, privacy policy, cookie policy, and other legal agreements. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and policies of each website you visit. Swift Go Browser's Terms and Privacy Policy govern only your use of the App itself, not your interactions with third-party websites.

6.4 Links and References: The presence of links to third-party websites in the App (such as in bookmarks, history, or search results) does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of those websites by the Developer. Links are provided solely for your convenience.

6.5 Advertisements: Third-party websites may contain advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, or other commercial materials. The Developer has no control over third-party advertisements and is not responsible for the products, services, or claims made in such advertisements. Any business dealings or transactions you conduct with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

6.6 Dynamic Content: Website content changes constantly and is updated by third-party website owners. The Developer has no ability to predict, prevent, or control changes to third-party content and cannot be held responsible for content that appears after you access a website.

7. User Accountability for Website Usage

This section emphasizes that you, the user, bear full responsibility and accountability for all interactions, transactions, and activities conducted on websites accessed through Swift Go Browser.

7.1 Full User Responsibility: Any and all interactions you have with third-party websites are solely your responsibility. This includes, without limitation:

• Financial Transactions: Any purchases, payments, subscriptions, donations, or financial transactions you make on websites are entirely between you and the website/merchant. The Developer is not a party to such transactions and has no responsibility for payment processing, refunds, disputes, or fraud.
• Account Creation: When you create accounts on third-party websites, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, complying with the website's terms of service, and all activities conducted through your accounts.
• Data Submission: Any personal information, financial data, contact details, or other information you submit to websites is governed by that website's privacy policy, not by Swift Go Browser's Privacy Policy.
• Communications: Any messages, emails, comments, posts, or other communications you send through web-based services are your sole responsibility.
• Contractual Agreements: If you enter into contracts, agreements, or terms of service with third-party websites, those agreements are binding between you and the website, not involving the Developer.

7.2 Disputes with Third Parties: The Developer shall not be held liable, responsible, or accountable for any disputes, disagreements, losses, damages, or claims arising from your interactions with third-party websites, including but not limited to:

• Product or service quality issues, defects, or non-delivery.
• Billing disputes, unauthorized charges, or payment fraud.
• Privacy violations or data breaches by third-party websites.
• Breach of contract or terms of service by websites.
• Misrepresentation, false advertising, or deceptive practices by websites.
• Copyright infringement, trademark disputes, or intellectual property conflicts.
• Technical issues, downtime, or loss of data on third-party platforms.

You acknowledge and agree that any disputes with third-party websites must be resolved directly with those websites. The Developer is not obligated to intervene, mediate, or assist in resolving such disputes.

7.3 Due Diligence: You are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before engaging in any transactions or activities on third-party websites. This includes verifying the legitimacy of websites, reading reviews, checking security indicators (HTTPS), and researching businesses before making purchases or sharing sensitive information.

8. Downloads and Files

Swift Go Browser includes functionality that allows you to download files from websites to your device. This section outlines important terms and responsibilities related to downloads.

8.1 Download Functionality: The App provides a download manager that enables you to download various file types from websites, including but not limited to documents (PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT), images (JPG, PNG, GIF), videos (MP4, AVI), audio files (MP3, WAV), compressed files (ZIP, RAR), and applications (APK). The download feature is provided as a convenience tool.

8.2 User Responsibility for Downloads: You are entirely responsible for all files you choose to download through Swift Go Browser. This responsibility includes:

• Deciding which files to download and from which sources.
• Verifying the safety and legitimacy of download sources.
• Scanning downloaded files with antivirus software before opening them.
• Ensuring you have the legal right to download files (respecting copyright and licensing).
• Managing storage space on your device.
• Properly disposing of or deleting unwanted downloaded files.

8.3 No File Scanning or Verification: The Developer does NOT scan, verify, validate, or guarantee the safety, authenticity, or legality of any files downloaded through the App. Files downloaded from the internet may contain:

• Viruses, malware, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious software.
• Corrupted or damaged data that may not open properly.
• Copyrighted material that you may not have permission to download.
• Inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.
• Files that may damage your device or compromise your security.

8.4 Security Recommendations: The App provides basic warnings about potentially dangerous file types (such as APK files), but these warnings are not comprehensive security measures. You are strongly advised to:

• Use reputable antivirus and anti-malware software on your device.
• Only download files from trusted and verified sources.
• Be cautious of files with executable extensions (.apk, .exe, .bat, .sh).
• Avoid downloading files from suspicious or unverified websites.
• Keep your device's operating system and security software updated.

8.5 Disclaimer of Liability: The Developer shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, corruption of data, security breaches, malware infections, or any other harm resulting from files you download through Swift Go Browser. You download files at your own risk.

8.6 Storage Permissions: Downloading files requires storage permissions on your device. By granting storage permissions and using the download feature, you acknowledge that the App will save files to your device's storage and that you are responsible for managing downloaded files.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

This section addresses intellectual property rights related to Swift Go Browser and third-party content.

9.1 App Ownership: Swift Go Browser, including its design, code, user interface, graphics, features, functionality, and all associated intellectual property rights, is owned by Mr Abhishek (the Developer's). The App is protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

9.2 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Swift Go Browser on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

9.3 Restrictions: You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without permission.
• Create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization.

9.4 Third-Party Intellectual Property: Content on third-party websites (including text, images, videos, music, software, and trademarks) is owned by the respective copyright holders and may be protected by intellectual property laws. You are responsible for respecting third-party intellectual property rights and complying with applicable copyright and licensing requirements.

9.5 User Content: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to the Developer regarding Swift Go Browser, you grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, implement, and incorporate such feedback into the App without compensation or attribution to you.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

This section contains important disclaimers that limit the Developer's liability and clarify what is NOT guaranteed about the App.

10.1 "As Is" and "As Available" Basis: Swift Go Browser is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This means the App is provided in its current state without guarantees about its performance, features, or suitability for your purposes.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability: No warranty that the App is suitable for general use or commercial purposes.
• Fitness for Particular Purpose: No warranty that the App will meet your specific needs or expectations.
• Non-Infringement: No warranty that the App does not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
• Accuracy: No warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information accessed through the App.
• Uninterrupted Service: No warranty that the App will be available at all times, operate without interruptions, or be error-free.
• Security: No warranty that the App or websites accessed through it are free from viruses, malware, or security vulnerabilities.
• Data Loss: No warranty against loss of data, bookmarks, history, or settings.

10.3 Service Availability: The Developer does not guarantee that:

• The App will be available 24/7 without downtime or maintenance periods.
• All features will work perfectly on all devices or Android versions.
• The App will be compatible with future Android updates.
• Updates or new features will be provided.
• Bugs or errors will be fixed within any specific timeframe.

10.4 Third-Party Content Disclaimer: The Developer makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees about:

• The accuracy, truthfulness, or reliability of content on third-party websites.
• The safety, security, or legality of third-party websites.
• The availability or continued operation of third-party websites.
• Products or services offered by third-party websites.

10.5 Your Sole Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that you use Swift Go Browser at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data, or any other harm resulting from your use of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

This section limits the Developer's liability for damages arising from your use of Swift Go Browser.

11.1 Maximum Liability Limitation: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF SWIFT GO BROWSER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Loss of data, files, bookmarks, history, or settings.
• Device damage, malfunction, or bricking.
• Malware infections, viruses, or security breaches.
• Identity theft, fraud, or financial loss resulting from third-party websites.
• Emotional distress, reputational harm, or personal injury.
• Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services.
• Interruption of work or loss of use.
• Any other losses or damages of any kind.

11.2 Basis for Limitation: These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which damages are claimed, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other tort. These limitations apply even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Third-Party Liability: The Developer is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

• Actions, omissions, or content of third-party websites.
• Transactions, disputes, or interactions with third-party websites or services.
• Violations of third-party terms of service or policies.
• Third-party privacy practices or data breaches.
• Malicious content, malware, or viruses from third-party websites or downloads.

11.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability: If, notwithstanding the above limitations, the Developer is found liable for any damages, the Developer's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Swift Go Browser in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Since Swift Go Browser is a free application, this amount is ZERO ($0).

11.5 Essential Purpose: You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are an essential element of the agreement between you and the Developer. The Developer would not provide the App for free without these limitations.

11.6 Jurisdictional Variations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may be restricted to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of Swift Go Browser.
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Your interactions with third-party websites or services accessed through the App.
• Content you access, download, upload, or transmit through the App.
• Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide.
• Your negligence, willful misconduct, or illegal activities.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the App. The Developer reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with the Developer's defense of such claim.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Processing Consent: By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collection by third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) integrated into the App.

Your Rights: You have certain rights regarding your data, including the right to access, delete, and control how your data is used. These rights are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

14. Advertisements and Monetization

Swift Go Browser is a free application supported by advertising revenue. This section explains how advertisements work in the App.

14.1 Ad Display: The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements at specific moments during your use of the App. Advertisements help us keep Swift Go Browser free for all users. Ads may be displayed:

• When you open the app (App Open Ads).
• After completing a download (Download Complete Ads).
• When you clear all browser tabs (Clear Tabs Ads).

We do NOT display ads while you are actively browsing websites or reading content. Your browsing experience remains uninterrupted.

14.2 Third-Party Advertising: Advertisements are provided and controlled by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. The Developer does not control the content of advertisements, which advertisers are shown, or which ads you see. AdMob may collect certain data (advertising ID, device information, IP address) to serve personalized ads according to Google's privacy policy.

14.3 Ad Content Disclaimer: The Developer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or quality of advertisements displayed through AdMob. Advertisements may promote products, services, or content that:

• Are not endorsed or verified by the Developer.
• May not be suitable for all audiences.
• May contain misleading or inaccurate claims.
• May link to external websites over which we have no control.

14.4 Your Choices: You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization). Opting out will not reduce the number of ads you see but will make them less relevant to your interests.

14.5 Advertiser Interactions: Any interactions you have with advertisers, including clicking on ads or purchasing products/services from advertisers, are solely between you and the advertiser. The Developer is not a party to such transactions and is not responsible for any issues arising from your interactions with advertisers.

15. Updates and Modifications to the App

The Developer reserves the right to update, modify, improve, or discontinue Swift Go Browser at any time, with or without notice.

15.1 App Updates: We may release updates to Swift Go Browser to:

• Add new features or functionality.
• Fix bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
• Improve performance, stability, or user experience.
• Comply with new laws, regulations, or platform requirements.
• Update third-party integrations or dependencies.

15.2 Automatic Updates: If you have enabled automatic updates on your device, Swift Go Browser may be updated automatically through the Google Play Store. You are responsible for ensuring your device has sufficient storage and internet connectivity for updates.

15.3 No Obligation to Update: While we strive to maintain and improve the App, we are under no obligation to provide updates, support, or maintenance. We may discontinue support for older Android versions or device models at our discretion.

15.4 Feature Changes: Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to maintain any specific features indefinitely. Changes may affect how the App works or how you use it.

15.5 Discontinuation: The Developer reserves the right to discontinue Swift Go Browser entirely, temporarily suspend its availability, or remove it from the Google Play Store at any time for any reason, including but not limited to business decisions, legal requirements, or platform policy changes.

16. Suspension and Termination

The Developer reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to Swift Go Browser under certain circumstances.

16.1 Grounds for Termination: Your access to the App may be terminated immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You engage in illegal activities using the App.
• You misuse the App in ways that harm others or violate third-party rights.
• Required by law, legal process, or government request.
• Necessary to protect the Developer's rights, property, or safety.
• Necessary to protect other users or third parties.

16.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

• Your license to use Swift Go Browser immediately terminates.
• You must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification).

16.3 No Liability for Termination: The Developer shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the App.

16.4 Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your use of Swift Go Browser at any time by simply uninstalling the App from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data (history, bookmarks, settings) will be permanently deleted by the Android operating system.

17. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason, including changes in laws, regulations, business practices, or App features.

17.1 Notification of Changes: When we make changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice through:

• A prominent notice within the App.
• An update announcement in the Google Play Store listing.
• A notification through the App (if you have notifications enabled).

17.2 Your Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of Swift Go Browser after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of the Developer to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and the Developer's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of Swift Go Browser and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the App.

22. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without the Developer's prior written consent. The Developer may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and its rights and obligations without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

23. Force Majeure

The Developer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet failures, telecommunications failures, power outages, or any other force majeure events.
